These crispy breaded shrimps are one of our most popular products, both among our Japanese and European customers. Most ebi-fry are prepared with vanamei shrimp but we use real Black Tigers. Their texture and wonderful taste make these ebi-fry an absolute winner.
1. Remove the Ebi-fry’s from the package (defrosting is not necessary).
2. Place the shrimps in the deep fryer at 180 ℃ for 4-5 minutes.
3. Enjoy your meal!
