These crispy breaded shrimps are one of our most popular products, both among our Japanese and European customers. Most ebi-fry are prepared with vanamei shrimp but we use real Black Tigers. Their texture and wonderful taste make these ebi-fry an absolute winner.
1. Preheat the deep-/air-fryer to 180 ℃.
2. Put the freshly frozen shrimps in the deep-/air-fryer for 7 minutes.
