Akauo no Kirimi
Akauo Kirimi simply means sliced red perch. We have not added any taste to it, so you can let your creativity run wild. Perch goes very well with nitsuke (stew), but simply grilling it with some salt and pepper is also delicious.
1. Defrost the Akauo no Kirimi in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the package and place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking sheet in the oven for 7 minutes at 230 ℃.
3. Enjoy your meal!
