These dried sardines are beautifully glazed with soy sauce and mirin. They pair well with a cold glass of beer and in summer, iwashi mirinboshi is perfect for the BBQ.
1. Defrost the Iwashi Mirinboshi in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the package and place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking sheet in the oven for 3-4 minutes at 230 ℃.
