Gindara no Kirimi (Black Cod Fillets)
Gindara Kirimi simply means sliced black cod. We have not added any taste to it, so you can let your creativity run wild. Black cod goes very well olive oil, white wine and garlic, for example, but seasoning it with just some salt is also delicious. In Japanese, the literal translation of Gindara is ‘silver cod’ instead of ‘black cod’ and when you’ll try it you’ll know why.
