Hokkai at Home: Salmon with noodles and pak choi

Introduction

Hokkai at Home with Erik (65) from Leiden: I love fish and especially salmon. Its taste, texture and versatility make it my favorite fish. I always order all the types of salmon from Hokkai Suisan, which I all really enjoy. My children thought I should try other fish products and gave me the Hokkai Freshly Frozen Box as a gift. A delicious surprise with fish such as black cod, horse mackerel, king fish and many more. To my delight, my favorite was also among them: the salmon in teriyaki sauce. I am happy to share a healthy and delicious recipe that can be on the table in 15 minutes.”
