Hokkai at Home: Mentaiko Penne

Introduction

Hokkai at Home for Yuko (39) from Amstelveen: "As a Japanese, I am a big fan of Hokkai Suisan. Every month I have a lot of fish products delivered to my home, varying from marinated mackerel and salmon to sashimi of tuna and sea bass. I use them to prepare the most delicious Japanese dishes for my family and friends. Whether I spend hours in the kitchen or just whip up a quick meal, Hokkai's fish is always a hit. For everyone! Just like the simple recipe for Mentaiko Penne, which has been labeled favorite comfort food by many. I'm extremely happy that Hokkai allows me to enjoy the food of my native Japan in the Netherlands."
