Wakasagi is rich in calcium and pairs perfectly with a cold beer or a glass of chilled sake. Dust the fish with some flour and deep fry until they turn golden brown. Add some salt and pepper, sprinkle a lemon on top and… Enjoy!
1. Remove the Wakasagi from the package (defrosting is not necessary).
2. Place the fish in the deep fryer for 4 minutes at 180 ℃.
3. Enjoy your meal!
