Satsumaage are fried fish cakes, developed by our own chef as a healthy snack. One pack contains three different flavors: Ginger, renkon (Japanse root) and edamame, but they are all equally delicious.
1. Defrost the Satsumaage in the refrigerator or in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the package and place the fish on a baking paper-lined baking sheet in the oven for 7 minutes at 200 ℃. You can also put the fish in the deep-fryer for 3 minutes at 170 ℃.
3. Enjoy your meal!
You can also eat the fish cakes uncooked. Just defrost them and eat them with some soy sauce. However, the chef recommends to prepare the Satsumaage in the oven or deep-fryer for extra bite.
