The best Hotate comes from cold water, which is why our Hotate is caught in Aomori (Hokkaido). The soft and sweet flesh of the scallops is breaded, making it the perfect snack with a drink.
Cooking instructions
Remove the Hotate-fry from the package (defrosting is not necessary).
Place the scallops in the deep fryer at 180 ℃ for 4-5 minutes.
