Chef’s Recipe: Mentaiko potato

(Potato with spicy pollack roe)

Step 1.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put the potatoes in a pan with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat as soon as the water is boiling and let the potatoes boil for 10 minutes.

Step 2.

Drain the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add the Mentaiko, milk, salt and butter to the potatoes.

Step 3.

Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a spoon.

  • Mentaiko (one piece)
  • 1 kg potato
  • 20 gr butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 gr salt
