  • 100g Ika (squid) balls
  • 50g Cabbage
  • 50g Onion
  • 50g Green Bean
  • ☆Sweet vinegar sauce:
  • 200ml Water
  • 2g Soup stock powder
  • 25g Soy sauce
  • 25g Mirin
  • 5g Sugar
  • 5g Potato starch
  • 10 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • How to prepare
  • Cut everything to bite-sized bits.
  • Oil the pan, stir-fry the squid balls and beans first, then the cabbage and onion.
  • When these are cooked, put in the seasoning ingredients, and let them boil to give off the taste.
  • Add the mixture of potato starch and water and mix well until it binds.
